1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Nuviven website (nuviven.com) and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Nuviven is a telehealth platform that connects patients with licensed physicians who may prescribe longevity and hormone optimization protocols. Nuviven does not practice medicine directly. All clinical decisions are made by independent, licensed physicians through our telehealth partner network.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of a state where our services are available. Prescription approval is not guaranteed. A licensed physician must evaluate your health history and determine if treatment is appropriate for you.

4. Account and Orders

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and medical intake.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• Providing false or misleading health information may result in denial of service.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

• Nuviven protocols are subscription-based and billed monthly.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. No cancellation fees apply.
• Refunds are issued if a physician determines you are not eligible for a prescribed protocol.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Nuviven does not store credit card information.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Protocols ship from a licensed US compounding pharmacy. Shipping is free. Estimated delivery is 2-4 business days after physician approval. Nuviven is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

7. No Medical Advice

Content on nuviven.com is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any treatment. The information provided on this website is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

8. Compounded Medications

Nuviven protocols may include compounded medications. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved as finished products. They are prepared by licensed pharmacies based on a physician's prescription for an individual patient.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on nuviven.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Aion Energy Capital Inc. (d/b/a Nuviven) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nuviven, its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
